Fortune Cookies
INGREDIANS FOR 4 SERVES:
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar powder
1 cup of flower
3 teaspoons of vanila essence
250gr of butter
some smart saying to put in the cookies
DIRECTIONS:

Separate the egg-yoke and the white of egg. The white of egg you whipp

Melt 200 gr of butter on a pen and lett it cool.

While you whipp add the sugar powder ,the butter ,the flower ,the vanila essence and the melted butter.

With the rest of the butter oil the baking form.

With a spoon make 4 thick circles from the mixture on the form.

Bake between 8-10 min on a medium heat ontill the circles change thier color to gold.

Work fast because the cercles will harden soon. Put in each circle a saying and fold it twies.

Baked Alaska (Ice-cream cake)
INGREDIANS:

2 quaters vanila ice cream, soften
1 pakege white cake mix (200 gr)
1 egg
½ teaspoon almond extract
1/8 spoon cream of tarttar,
1/8 teaspoons of salt 1 cup of white suger
DIRECTIONS:

Linethe botom and sides of an 8-inch round mixin bowl or deep 8-inch sqare container with foil. Spread ice cream in container, packing firmly. Cover and freeze 8 houres.

Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease and flout an 8

Prepare cake mix with egg and almond extract. Pour into prepared pan

Bake in preheated oven according to the instructions on the package, untill the center of the cake springs back when lightly touched

Beat egg whites with cream of tartar, sald and sugar untill stiff peaks form

Line a baking sheet with parchment or havy brown pepper. Place cake in center. Turn molden ice cream out onto cake. Quickly and prettily spread meringue over the cake and ice cream, all the way to paper to seal. Return to freezer 2 houres.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees C

Bake the Alaska on the lowest shelf, 8 to 10 minutes, or untill meringue is lightly brownd. Serve at once
