Nicoise Salad |
INGREDIANS FOR 6 SERVES:
3 tomatoes
Small lettuce head (200gr each)
100gr white tuna
3 boiled potatoes
3 boiled eggs, 5 spoons of cornflower
4 spoons of mayonnaise
2 spoons of ketchup
Lemon Jose
Pepper, salt.

DIRECTIONS:
1.Wash and cut the vegetables the lettuce you must tear to small pieces. Don't cut it!
2. Open the Tuna and place it in the middle of the serving plate. Cut and clean the potato and arrange it. . Around the Tuna. Then cut the tomatoes and arrange it around the potato. Cut and clean the eggs and arrange it around the tomatoes.
3.Mix in a small bowl the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the lemon, the salt and the pepper.
4. Put the souse around the vegetables. And decorate with olives.

Tuna Salad |
INGREDIANS FOR 6 SERVES:
2 preserved tuna in water (200gr each)
3-4 sour cucumbers
1/2 can of preserved corn
4 boiled eggs,
3-4 spoons of mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS:
1.Cut the eggs to small cubes
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix for a while
3.Mix in a small bowl the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the lemon, the salt and the pepper.
4. Put the souse around the vegetables. And decorate with olives.

Cheese & Garlic Salad |
INGREDIANS FOR 10 SERVES:
500gr random kinds of cheese
7-10 Garlic teeth
5 boiled eggs,
5-8 spoons of mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS:
1.Cut the eggs to small cubes
2. Scrach the cheese and put it a side
3.Cut the garlic to small pieces
4. Mix in a small bowl the the eggs, garlic and cover it all with mayonnaise and slowly mix it all. Let i cool of and the serve.
