Responses and Evaluations Prof. Bravy received on his
Work in the Area of "Metacybernetics"
1. Prof. Yefim
Malitikov (Ph. D., D. Sc), member of the Russian Academy
of Sciences, President of the international association
"Znanie", Chair, CIS Interstate Committee on
Knowledge Dissemination and Adult Education: "Prof.
K. Bravy has developed "Bio-intellectual
Technologies (Bi-tech)" enabling million-fold
enhancement of human intellectual abilities. He has
demonstrated the application of these technologies in
modern industry. It is absolutely necessary to organize
the formation of highly qualified experts and a new kind
of leaders in order to continue the realization of these
technologies in the economy and in the social sphere."
2. Dr. Shlomo
Shafir (Ph.D), Professor at the University of Applied
Science at Straslund, Germany: "The
University of Applied Science at Straslund has granted
me permission to present the Metacybernetic Technologies
developed by Prof. K. Bravy to European industrial
enterprises."
3. Dr. Joseph
Tiran (Ph.D), senior lecturer and researcher at the Ben
Gurion University, Beer Sheva: "Prof. Bravy
proposes a new direction in the development of
Metacybernetics – a direction connected to optimal
solution of all control problems arising in the process
of operating and maintenance of modern machinery
throughout their life-cycle."
4. Dr. Jacob
Gabbay (Ph.D), CEO of “In Time Software Systems”, an
expert-systems specialist: "Prof. K. Bravy has
developed optimal parametric control systems. Being
similar to "Bio-intellectual Control Systems",
these systems have the advantages of both centralized
and decentralized control systems, without the
respective disadvantages."
5. Dr.
Oleg Amurzhayev, (Ph. D., D.Sc.), Vice President
of “Hi-Tech Building Systems Corporation”, Canada:
"Prof. K. Bravy proposes a new, original approach
to building "Wise Machinery". This approach
will enable to reduce the rate of accidents and
significantly decrease the huge financial losses due to
incorrect, belated or non-optimal actions in the
operating and maintenance process of complex equipment."
6. Dr.
David Metrevely (Ph.D), Manager of “DM AeroSafe”,
gold medal laureate at the international innovation
exhibition “IENA 2002” held in Nuremberg, Germany:
"It is my opinion, that the theoretical research
and the practical solutions proposed by Prof. K. Bravy
should be the leading approach for reducing the accident
rate for modern machinery, and for significantly
reducing the great financial losses stemming from
belated, wrong and non-optimal actions in the process of
machinery operating and maintenance."
7. Mr. Diment
Gershman, (M.Sc.) International Activity Coordinator at
the new-immigrant scientists' initiative encouragement
center "Bashan": "Prof. K. Bravy has
proposed a new decision support system, based on a
mathematical description of the brain unconscious
activity for the organism's viability maintaining within
an animals. Prof. Bravy has demonstrated the application
of these decision support systems in modern industry."
8. Mr. Zohar
Dvir (Eng.), manager of "Zohar Dvir Enterprises":
Prof. Bravy proposes a new control technology, promising
to greatly enhance Man's intellectual abilities as
compared with the possibilities offered by empirical
knowledge".
9. Professor
Mark Katz (Ph.D, D.Sc.), Correspondent Member of the
International Academy of Computer Science and
Computerized Systems, Ukraine: "The mathematical
description of the cerebral unconscious activity for
viability assurance of biological organisms, and the
validation of the "viability paradigm" open
vast possibilities for optimal solution of all possible
management problems arising in the post-industrial world".
10. Professor Aleksandr Neduva ((Ph.D,
D.Sc.)), Member of the Russian Academy of Natural
Sciences: "I fully support the view, that the
unconscious activity of the homeostatic brain for
viability assurance of the living organism is not as
error-prone as the human conscious activity. This is the
reason I think, that Prof. Bravy's call to study the
brain unconscious activity for the optimal solution of
all control problems arising in our post-industrial
world is entitled to every form of support."
11. Professor Yuli Rubenchik (Ph.D,
D.Sc.), Laureate of Russian and Ukrainian state prizes:
"Flexible Control Systems" in modern industry
like to "Bio-intellectual Control Systems" in
animals are unique in their ability to produce
instructions for industrial enterprise personnel, and
their ability to minimize the negative influence of the
'human factor' in accident situations related to
equipment break-down."
12. Professor Gregory Okun (Ph.D,
D.Sc.), Doctor in Philology, Head of the Human
Branch at the 'Science and Technology Center' in Ashdod,
Chief Editor of the 'Russian Echo' literary and arts
magazine: "'One can rule nature only by obeying it'.
This is the fundamental thought behind the mathematical
models developed by Prof. K. Bravy, based on a synthesis
of the unconscious a-priori posed by Kant against human
analytic thought."
