Intellectual
Technologies Institute
The
Intellectual Technologies Institute was created
in 2000 in the frames of the Science and
Technology Center, which develops on the basis
of constantly working seminar “Intellectual
Systems”, weekly working in Ashdod from
1993.
In
the Institute the earlier unknown “Conformity
with a law of viability maintaining of complex
biological systems” was established. The above
scientific discovery became the basis for new
direction in development of Cybernetics, Systems
Theory, Computer Science, Life Science,
Industrial Sciences, Economic Sciences, Social
Sciences, Political Sciences, Wisdom Science,
Soul Science, Futurology, Bionics and Genetics
of biological organisms.
In
the Institute for the first time the “Laws of
Viability”, which became the basis for new
direction in development of science and
techniques on viability and safety maintaining
of technical, organizational,
organizationally-technical systems (“Vita
Science”) were formulated and allowed to
formulate the main principals of “Genetics of
social-economic structures”.
Simultaneously
the Institute carries out the applied scientific
researches in the field of technical
availability and safety maintaining of modern
machinery such as aircrafts, ships, power
turbines and complex technical systems such as
complex equipment of chemical enterprises.
74
high-qualified specialists in various areas of
science and techniques, including 14 professors
(D.Sc.) and 34 doctors (Ph.D.) take part in the
work of the Institute. Among them are the
Academician of Nature Science Academy of Russian
Federation and 5 Laureates of State Prices of
former Soviet Union, Russia and Ukraine.
In
2001 the Institute signed the agreement on
cooperation in science, education and
technologies with the Embassy of Ukraine in the
State of Israel and with “St.-Petersburg State
University of Aerospace Instrumentation”.
In
the period from November 2001 till March 2003
the Institute with support from Ashdod
Municipality prepared and carried out the
International Scientific-Practical Conference
“Industry of the future”, Israel Conference
“Intellect and Creativeness”, Israel Scientific
Seminar “Over-consciousness: scientific and
technological foundations” and Israel
Scientific-Practical Conference “Wise Machinery:
state and perspectives of development”.
On
the results of above-mentioned scientific
seminars and conferences the “Scientific Notes”
of the Intellectual Technologies Institute and
short presentation of special issue of the
journal “Scientific Israel – Technological
Advantages” have been prepared. This “Scientific
Notes” and special issue, on opinion of our
scientists, brim-full represent the scientific
researches and scientific-practical works of the
Institute.
