Scientist
& Scientific
Leader
Prof.
Konstantin L. Bravy is occupied with Cybernetics
and General Systems Theory. In former USSR he
was a scientific leader of 6 large technological
projects in the field of operating and
maintenance of complex technical systems. In
Israel Prof. K. Bravy began to work in the field
of Bio-cybernetics. He established an earlier
unknown “Conformity with a law in viability
maintaining of complex biological systems” and
formulated the principal proposition of science
in
viability maintaining of man-machine systems and
human network. On the basis
of his scientific results K. Bravy developed
“Bio-intellectual Control Systems” and proposed
the concept of “Wise Machinery”, which besides
their standard functions independently, without
assistance from a Human being determine who,
what, when and how should act for optimal
solution of all possible management tasks
arising in operating and maintenanc of the
machine's equipment in the limits
of its life cycle. . Mr. K. Bravy received
D.Sc. degree in 1990, Ph.D. degree - in 1975 and
M.Sc. degree - in 1958. He is the author of more
than 150 publications including 2 claims on the
scientific discovery, 4 Books, 56 Articles, 14
Innovations and 75 reports in Operating and
Maintenance Optimisation of complex civil and
military systems. Today Mr. K. Bravy is the
General Director of “Ergatonic” Company Ltd. and
Ccief. scientists of Intellectual Technologies
Institute at "Science & Technologies
Center" in Ashdod, Israel.
Development
& Management of Technological Projects in
Former USSR
Mr.
Bravy has more than thirty years of experience
in research, development and management of
technological projects. In former USSR he was a
scientific leader of 6 large technological
projects in the field of diagnostics,
maintenance and operating of complex technical
systems such as various types surface-air missile
complexes, “Eshelon” board collisions
prevention
system of airplanes and navigation and landing
system of “Buran” orbital space shuttle. He has
14 innovations in development and operating of
complex civil and military systems. The main
scientific results of the above technological
projects were introduced successfully in
aviation, military and space-oriented spheres
(1970 – 1992).
Development
of Principally Novel Technological
Projects
in
Israel
In
Israel, Mr. Bravy is a scientific leader of
principally novel technological project named: “Intelligent Advisory Systems for Optimum
Maintenance and Operating of Machinery”,
“Flexible Management Systems for
Technical Availability, Functional Efficiency
and Safety Maintaining of Complex Civil and
Military Equipment”, and . for Optimal Solution of all
Possible Management Tasks Arising in Modern
Machinery' Equipmwnt in Modern Postindustrial
World” (1993 – present).
Basic
Scientific Researches
For
many years, Prof. K. Bravy carried out
fundamental scientific researches in the field
of cybernetics, general systems theory and
artificial intelligence. He established an
earlier unknown “Conformity with a law in
viability maintaining of complex biological
systems”, concluding in strict
mathematical dependence a unique viability
property of complex biological systems from
testability, controllability and steady
functioning of an organism of above biological
system and from compensatory abilities of its
homeostatic brain in relation to endogenous
chance factors, characterizing the internal
health state of the organism, and in relation to
exogenous chance factors, determining the
influence the external environment on fulfilment
the physiological functions of the organism. On
the basis of above conformity he formulated 7 “Viability laws of
biological systems”. Prof. K. Bravy
presented the “Paradigm of
Viability” which establishes that the
unconscious activity process of a brain in
viability maintaining of an organism of
biological systems is the Sample for conscious
activity of Human being for optimal solution of
all possible management tasks in various spheres. On the basis of “Paradigm of
Viability” Mr. Bravy showed, that through the
above-mentioned conformity in bio- cybernetics
the action of 7 objective laws in viability maintaining of
organization – technical systems,
social-economic systems and public-political
systems is reflected.
Prof.
K. Bravy showed, that his scientific discovery
is a basis for new directions in development of
Cybernetics,
Systems Theory, Computer Science, Life Science,
Industrial Sciences, Social Sciences, Political
Sciences, Futurology, Bionics, Wisdom Science
and Genetics of biological organisms.
Prof.
K. Bravy showed, that his scientific discovery
is a basis for creation principally novel
technical decisions, which received the title:
“Bio-cybernetic
Control Systems (BCS)”. Novelty of BCS in
comparison with existing Expert Systems and
Neuron Systems consists in the fact that BCS
function on the basis of mathematical
description of unconscious activity process of a
brain in viability maintaining of an organism of
biological systems.
On
the basis of BCS Prof. K. Bravy proposed concept
of “Wise
Machinery”, which besides their standard
functions independently, without assistance from
Human being determine who, what, when and how
should act for technical availability,
functional efficiency and safety maintaining of
the machines in the limits of their life
cycle.
Prof.
K. Bravy founded a new direction in development
of system researches, which received the title:
“Vita Science“.
In the frames of Vita Science he developed the
“Vita-technologies”
for optimal solution of all possible management
tasks arising in vital activity process of
modern post-industrial world.
Prof.
K. Bravy developed mathematical foundations for
development of “Genetics of social-economic
structures”. He showed, that new
direction in Soul Science and Bio-cybernetic
Control Systems are the basis for “Intellectual Revolution of
XX1 century”, which opens a new epoch in
development of world community. Principal
difference of above new epoch, on the opinion of
K. Bravy, consists in the fact that a Human
being for the first time will receive the
possibility to use enormous potential of
unconscious activity of a brain in viability
maintaining of an organism for optimal solution
of all possible management tasks arising in
post-industrial world including personal safety
maintaining of Human being.
Academic
Background

Israeli
inventors won five medals, including two golds, at
a recent international exhibition of ideas,
inventions and new products held in Germany.
The
exhibition was run by the IENA, the German
Inventors Association, and featured 30 Israeli
entries, Globes reports. All five of the winning
Israeli inventions were exhibited at the Bashan
Technological Implementations Program booth,
sponsored by Israel’s Ministry of Industry and
Trade. The purpose of Bashan is to promote
technological ideas and projects. The program also
provides assistance, consulting and guidance to
new immigrants and returning residents.
One of the two gold medals was awarded to
Professors Pavel Rabinovitch and Rostislav Nevler
of R.S. Medical Monitoring. They won the prize for
their Edema Guard Monitor, a device that provides
pre-clinical detection of pulmonary edema,
enabling early detection and treatment.
The
other gold medal went to Professor Konstantin
Bravy, of the Ergatonic Company, for his
intelligent advisory systems for the diagnostics

implemented successfully after being tested on
power steam turbines at the Israel Electric
Company.
Silver medals were awarded to Professor Solomon
Klietskin and Dr. Vladimir Kesselman for
developing the phono-enterograph, an automatic
