Ergatonic
Company
Brief information on the
company
The
Ergatonic Company Ltd. was founded by Prof.
Konstantin Bravy in Ashdod (Israel) in May 1993.
The main aims of Ergatonic was development,
elaboration, installation and upgrading Advisory
Systems for personnel engaged in diagnostics,
maintenance and operating of complex industrial
equipment in various branches of modern industry.
In
1993 – 1994 Ergatonic made presentations of our
Advisory Systems for most developed Israel
enterprises engaged in energy, aviation, radar,
communication and other spheres. In 1995 the
Ergatonic Company begin cooperation with Eshkol
power plant (Israel), which was interested in
using of Advisory Systems for optimum maintenance
and operating of its energy equipment. In 1996
Ergatonic Company per request of the Eshkol power
plant began the development of Advisory System for
diagnostics of power steam turbines.
The
development of above Advisory Systems was
continued with support from Turbodec Company Ltd.
founding by Prof. Konstantin Bravy in February
1997. The Turbodec Company received financing from
Chief Scientist of the Israel Ministry of Industry
and Trade and operated in the framework of Gat
High Tech Center from 1.03.97 till 1.03.99.
The
Ergatonic Compane together with Turbodec Company
developed the Advisory System for diagnostics of
power steam turbines and received the experience
in using the above Advisory System in operating
process of 228MW turbine. Distinctive feature of
Advisory Systems consist in the fact that they
allow to recognize the so-called “latent” defects
before they become evident failure of the turbine.
Thanks to above feature the Advisory System
recognized the damages of rotating blades in
intermediate pressure cylinder 3,5 hours earlier
in comparison with shift personnel of power
plant.
During
1999 – 2000 the Ergatonic Company carried out the
development of next generation Advisory System for
optimum maintenance and operating of power steam
turbines. The Company presented the above system
and made the strategic negotiations with the
following organizations:
·
Israel
Siemens, (Israel,1999);
·
General
Electric (USA, 1999);
·
Maverik
Group (Canada, 1999);
·
Push
(USA, 2000).
The
result of negotiations with above companies was
preparing the strategic investment agreement that
was cancelled due to stock markets collapse in
September 2000.
In
2000 Prof. Konstantin Bravy continued his
fundamental scientific researches in the field of
“Viability of Complex Systems”. On the basis of
above fundamental scientific researches the
Ergatonic Company developed the draft
“Bio-cybernetic Control System for availability,
efficiency and safety maintaining of complex
equipment in various branches of modern
industry”.
In
2001 the Ergatonic company made the presentations
of Bio-cybernetic Control System and established
the contacts with the following
organizations:
·
Elta,
Malat, Mabat and Malam (Israel Aircraft
Industries);
·
Research
and Development Department of Israel Electric
Corporation;
·
Chemical
Department of Israel Ministry of Industry and
Trade;
·
Rotem
(the enterprise engaged in production of mineral
fertilizers);
·
Mekorot
– Israeli Water Supply Industry.
In
2002
we have a full-developed methodology with the last
development stage of the supporting software for
elaboration of Bio-cybernetic Control System (BCS)
for viability and cost-effective maintenance of
complex equipment. The company intends, either
through cooperation with world leading complex
equipment producers or alone, to implement its
potential to become a leader in the field of
production of BCS for viability maintaining and
cost-effective maintenance of the following
complex equipment:
·
Aircraft,
including unmanned aircraft vehicles;
·
Airspace;
·
Power
plants;
·
Trains;
·
Ships;
·
Cars
and trucks;
·
Water
supply systems;
·
Biotechnology
production;
·
Oil
processing plants;
·
Mineral
fertilizers production.
Today
we compared the perspectives in development of
Wise Managing Systems in above-mentioned spheres
and determine the priority in development of
technological project “Bio-cybernetic Control
System for availability and safety maintaining of
airplanes” among other possible technological
projects.
